Talking Half way to goal!

My starting weight was 377 pounds
My goal is to lose 227 of those pounds to put me at 150.

I have lost... 114 pounds EXACTLY as of today with just 113 left to go!

114 lbs in 227 days. I'm pretty happy

Default Lisa Edelsteinís Way to Stay Thin in the House

Congrats! I control my portions. I read at Project Weight Loss 7 secrets to do it. Even Lisa Edelstein does it. If she can do it, why couldn't us?

Yay Mama! You are so rocking! What are you doing about clothes? Have you had to purchase a lot of new stuff along the way?

Yes. Clothes. LOTS. For the first four months I didn't buy anything... despite losing like 70 lbs. I just let everything hang off of me. Ever since then though every 3-4 weeks I go out and buy more underwear a size smaller (done that 4 times) 3-4 cute t-shirts and a pair of pants. I also had to buy new jammies because my other ones fell off of me. LIterally.

I just saw this thread ~ yay for you!!! I did much the same about clothes. I wore my 30/32s until my pants wouldn't stay up any longer if I had my phone in my pocket. Then I wore some borrowed 26/28s until the same thing happened. Now I am just biting the bullet and going and buying a few inexpensive things every month. I think you are going down about a size every 6 weeks or so like me? Right now I can easily wear my new 18 misses, which is a pre-2003 20 misses (so between an 18W and a 16W).

Yay CFMama you ROCK!
