Started @ 176, first goal was to get below 160.
Second goal is 150.
From there I have to kick some butt and hit 135 or lower.
I'm currently at 159.2! Yay!

16.8 lbs from March 27-May 6, not too bad but I feel like I'm beginning to slack off. I was consistently losing 3 lbs/week and now it's just over 1! I know I haven't been walking as much, because I was losing one of my only assets (the rear) and got frustrated, so I began to do some serious belly work. It's working though, I only lost 1.3 lbs this last week, but I lost 3 lbs of body fat! So I actually
gained 1.7 lbs of muscle. In that sense, I am very happy! I'm ok as long as the fat is going away!
