Wow...what a day yesterday was. I was high as a kite all day! Today finds me back to reality and pushing onward to my goal...

Thank you all who responded with support and encouragement. 3fc is really a wonderful place to be. I started here right at 60 pounds lost, when I was feeling lonely and frustrated. You all have kept me on the wagon and motivated. 3fc ROCKS!
