First plateau survived with 10# off
On the way back to my high 150's/low 160's, I hit a mini-wall. Weight hasn't moved in a week or two, give or take a pound. Unlike all the attempts before, this has not caused my resolve to waver - I reviewed my journals and modified my plan instead of running off to the ice cream, the full bag of chips, and the other temptations. I'm on the move again - thanks to 3FC and the lessons learned here.
10# was the first goal. The next 10 doesn't look that scary either!
