First plateau survived with 10# off
On the way back to my high 150's/low 160's, I hit a mini-wall. Weight hasn't moved in a week or two, give or take a pound. Unlike all the attempts before, this has not caused my resolve to waver - I reviewed my journals and modified my plan instead of running off to the ice cream, the full bag of chips, and the other temptations. I'm on the move again - thanks to 3FC and the lessons learned here.
10# was the first goal. The next 10 doesn't look that scary either! |
Good for you!! Those plateaus can be so disheartening and it's so easy to get down on yourself and just throw in the towel. Congrats to you for staying positive and determined and for setting new goals to meet the challenge!
