Default 10% down, 90% to go.
I'd like to report that as of this morning, I have achieved 10% of my goal loss of 130 lbs. I currently weigh 265. Now for my next goal... reaching 255, at which point I will no longer be Morbidly Obese... *rolls up sleeves*

10% is great for your health.I remember weight watcher used to have something that listed all health benefits to losing 10% of your weight.It was very motivating. Congrats.

That is so awesome. I tend to look at the "dark side" so hearing someone say 10% in such a positive manner is awesome! Congrats and thanks for the boost =)
