Julie, I'm finding that I kind of like that transition from weight goals to food and fitness goals... takes the pressure off in a way, because my success isn't dependent on what my scale feels like telling me each morning. But I still have that one little weight goal left...

Reading your post is a real inspiration. It must've been challenging, being over weight all your life. I've seen your progress pictures and you look amazing! I can't wait to see the update ones. Good luck to you on reaching your final goal!

Wow, that is great!!

Your story reminds me so much of myself! My heart is also giving me trouble - and I will be 26 in 3 weeks. I am going to take action.

Thank you so much for your post.

Every time I look at your photos, I am inspired. Hearty congratulations!

How about maintenance goals? 90 days in maintenance, 1 year in maintenance, 5 years of "normal weight"...

Your new life is calling!

Thank you all for the kind words!

Luise, I know that I'll always have goals --maintenance goals, health goals, life goals... but it just astounds me that this phase (the one with the weight loss goals) is almost over. I never actually believed I would get here... until I got here!

Ha! I wish I look like a model (though admittedly like today's catwalkers I have no T&A...)

A small update, this morning I weighed 159.2, which means that my BMI is 24.9! I'm officially normal for the first time in ever!
