Default Made one goal, on to the next...
I wanted to lose 10 lbs by my birthday (which was last week). I did it, barely, but did it!

Now I want to get out of the 180's and in to the 170's.

I will have to see how the scale cooperates as I have had a couple of challenging days with some birthday dinners. I don't think its been too bad though.....I hope!

You will be just fine, just get right back on track. I know you can do it. Proud of you and your first goal. Stay positive and keep it moving. Congrats on your birthday. The 170's are right around the corner. Good job.
