Talking Have to share this little tidbit...

I think it really happened. I thought it was a load of bunk, but I truly believe it happened...
An honest to goodness RUNNERS HIGH! I never thought I'd be a runner, in fact, I have always loathed running, but about 15 minutes into the run I felt that burst of endorphins and felt like I could run forever. (I didn't run forever, but I got 3.5 miles out of it!)

I had to share this with someone(s).

That is awesome! I get those some days and just want to run my *** off! I love it!

EZMoney, the 5K sounds great. I think I signed up for one of your 5K's and then never posted back my results. Boohoo, my bad. I am so excited and proud to report that I run a 5K every morning now. YIPPEE!

YAY! And 3.5 miles is very respectable - I'm just working my way up to there again after a longish break. It's been getting easier, but still chasing that elusive runner's high this time around
