Thumbs up 27 Lbs bye bye!!
Hello all..

I just want to share my progress so far. I am losing and feeling wonderful. 27 Lbs gone for good and also my pants are loose, I can fit 2x pants..was 3x.

I am not dieting, am eating when I am hungry..listening to my tummy and eat is working on me.
