Default I can fit the red skirt now
Yesterday, I decided to try on this red skirt that I couldn't even zip before. Hooray! It actually fit! I still want it be a little looser around my butt but at least I can zip it now! I can finally physically see the difference this weight loss is making.

Congratulations, doesn't that feel great I tend to measure loss by the size(appearence) of my clothes rather than what I see on myself in the mirror. I think sometimes when we loose the weight we do not always see what everyone else does so I use clothes instead. Keep up the good work

Congratulations! I'm so excited for you. It's frustrating to have to work when you aren't seeing the results but once they start showing up (hello red skirt), the motivation they provide is awesome. Congratulations to you for sticking with it long enough to see results. I'm sure there's even more success to come.
