All of you ladies are doing fabulous and I am so proud of all of you. I don't know if anyone has told all of you ladies lately, but you are all beautiful. Maria, you are doing so well and staying focused. That what it is all about, keeping your eyes on the prize, the end outcome. Kudo's to you, to all of you. I cannot wait to learn how to get all of the cute things you all have on your pages. The little weight scale and the little jumping me and stuff. I am going to get my daughter to come and help me figure out how to do all of that stuff, it is sooooo cute. Stay strong and keep it moving. Way to GO!!!

Thanks so much for the boost and all of you thank you. I made a small mini goal. I walked 1/2 mile and intend to walk another 1/2 before the day is over. I had a day off and another tomorrow so I will try for a repeat. Feet don't fail me now, better yet knee's don't fail me now. LOL Talk to you soon.
