It's official! This is my second morning of weighing in at 199 on the nose, for a 45 pound loss since August! I'm also only a few pounds away from no longer being obese. Whew, this was just the inspiration I needed to stay away from holiday treats.

Yes, this is real inspiration. Congrats. I too am so happy to be steady under 180 that its helping me. This weekend will be another test of will.
So you be sure to eat the good stuff, so you will be less tempted by the stuff you want to avoid!
