Default Happy Halfway!
I am at the halfway point in my weight loss. Today I weighed in at 185 which is 35 pounds down, 35 pounds to go and also puts me at 29.9 BMI so I am finally not considered obese!!!

Pretty nice present to get both of them at once. I plan on celebrating by going for a run then playing in the pool with my son after his swim lesson!

Default good way to celebrate
So often when friends have been celebrating weight loss, I see them go off their diets and splurge on something, as if a diet is something you stop once you have lost weight. It is one of the reasons I have resisted going on a diet.
I am so impressed that you have such a positive way of celebrating. Now that you have lost so much weight, you have the energy to enjoy these activities, and that is really impressive.
