When I was in college, I was 4 lbs lighter than when I graduated from high school. At that time I was wearing a size 5 pant, and the 4 lbs (with all of that muscle) put me at a children's 12 or a women's 0.

Losing lots of inches but relatively moderate pounds normally indicates you've lost lots of fat AND built muscle. That's great because the extra muscle will burn even more fat! Great results!!!
