So far, so good
I have been following the Fat Smash Diet, and I just finished Phase One. In 9 days I have lost 5.5 lbs, lost some inches (albeit tiny measurements and probably water weight... but I'll take it!). I went from 171.5 and a BMI of 30.4 to 166.0 with a BMI of 29.4 so I left the "obese" category and got back down to plain ol' "overweight" and I'm real proud of myself. I managed to squash two goals in 9 days.... the first being 169 which brought me down a category in BMI, and the other was my first percentage goal -4lbs and a 2.5% loss. YAY!
Now I just have to keep going. Increase exercise and continue to make good choices. YAY.
