Default 1/3 of my way there
Well I have finally gotten rid of 30 pounds I am so glad to achieved this mini goal of mine. 1/3 of my way there. Just taking it day by day. I am glad to have this forum to read and keep me motivated!!! Not too bad for 8 weeks. I have been doing so well. I must keep doing it!! Thanks!

I am on the New lifestyle diet. Which for me it works. Pretty much shakes puddings and soup........plus one lean and green meal for dinner. it was a similar diet that worked for me in the past. It can be too strict for some, but I m happy with my results. I think about my eating habits and make better choices. I write down everything I eat and how much exercise I do. I know I must know what and how to eat when I get to my goal.
