Default 15 lbs gone, step 1 of 5 done!

I am officially down 15 lbs, woo hoo! My goal is 75 lbs total by Sept. 1 next year (start of the school year), and that leaves me 4 more "15 lb steps".

I can't tell you the last time I was under 185... It has to have been at least 3 years... I was stuck for a little while at 13 lbs down, but I have pushed through that plateau finally. Just wanted to share my good news.

Congrats! It's so much easier to accomplish your goals when you cut them into small, achievable steps. Good luck with the next 15 lbs!
