Default I just ran my first three miles!
This morning, sick of feeling depressed and out of control, I decided I was going to go the park by my house just to walk and clear my head. The track is .6 miles around, and once I got there, I just started running. I ran five laps - three miles! I haven't done that since probably high school, and I am honestly so proud of myself right now!

here's to doing it more often and not being afraid anymore
