Default Motivation is the Key!
About 3 months ago my mom (#235), sister (#277) and I (#196) started a challenge for Christmas. My sister was my biggest concern, since she has always been severely overweight - and never really had the motivation to do anything. I have worked with her, pumped her up and kept her going - and as of today she has lost #19 pounds - and IS NO LONGER MORBIDLY OBESE!!!

I know that this is HER achievement, but I can't help but be SO EXCITED for her!!!! I wanted to share with everyone!!!
