Well 3 months ago I went to the Dr. She placed me on Sugar and Blood pressure medications and told me that I had to lose weight or I wasn't going to have a very healthy life. At my last visit I was 227 lbs today I was 204 (Fully dressed with shoes!!!). My blood pressure last time was 150/110. Today it was 124/80. She said that since I was doing so well that she didn't need to see me for another 6 months. I can't wait to see what my results will be then. Thanks for listening...I have had some grumpy days over the last 2 weeks so it was nice to look at the big picture of the last 3 months.

Those kinds of NSVs are really even more rewarding than fitting into smaller jeans or knocking off a bunch of pounds on the scale, IMO. Congrats!
