Never thought I would post on here!!
Hi All,
Reading these threads has always been such an inspiration. Although I would always feel a bit gutted as I never seemed to be getting anywhere with my weight loss. Loose 5lbs, put back on 7 that kinda thing.
But after a complete lifestyle change and the way I ate and exercised I am now beginning to see the changes and am happy with the way things are going and am down 28 lbs. (2 stone).
Still have a way to go but have reached my first mini goal.
