Default 1st mini-goal attained!
Well, in spite of recovery from a molar removal, my #'s continued dropping - two mornings in a row have registered 198-199, so I'll call it:
goal achieved!!!!


Now, let's see where this path leads me next!

Congrats!!! That really makes me think I can do it too. We have the same starting weight and 1st goal weight. How long did it take you to get to your 1st goal?

Thank you all very much for the kind thoughts and words - yeah, that "1" is great for motivation!!!

scarajs, I started back in, um, late March/early April - so, 4 months, give or take. I actually started at higher than 221, and earlier than the above date, but didn't have the nerve to step on the scale until I knew the process was begun. And, then I found this mecca of weight-loss, and 3FC is as important as the food choices I make and the walking I've been doing.

And, yes you can do it!!!!!
