Congrats! There is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you try on a pair of pants that were too big, to find they fit perfectly. In time, they will be too big too! Good job!

OOH what tips can I give you....

I try to workout three times a week. I have a weight room plan and do about 20 minutes of cardio after the weight room plan. I have 3 different weight room routines. I did go to a personal trainer for 3 sessions to set this up. It was well worth it for me. I love seeing the big guys doing similar routines with much more weight but you can see that it is a sensible routine.

I have had a couple of plateau's and they seem to have broken when I went off plan due to a business trip and visiting some folks out of state. I don't know why that is but I am going with it. I try to stay on plan most of the time when I am home.

I am doing the ABS plan from Men's Health. I do that because they emphasize the 12 powerfoods and getting those into your diet. They are things I can eat and actually like so it's something I can live with forever. I do not count calories just try to eat the powerfoods and lowfat / no fat for most things.

This plan does call for one cheat meal a week and that does help me to eat right the rest of the time.

DRINK WATER and lots of it. This is a new one for me but it definitely helped and I lost like 5 pounds right away doing that.

So the diet and exercise and water no mysteries really. Just have to do it.
