Feeling great.
I just started my journey to a healthier me, but I already feel better. From my yoga to my calorie counting I have lost 6 lbs in approx 4 days. While I know this rapid loss won't continue I am still optimistic. My major weakness has been soda. I have cut that down, and with the exception of 1 soda since starting on Wednesday I have been soda-free. I just feel better already. I began wondering why I didn't do this before. My sleeping habits need to improve, right now I tend to stay up late after my daughter goes to sleep so I can work on homework, but I'm a work in progress. I hope to be at least 240 by January.
