Default Yay!!!!!

So when I started this journey I wanted to have my gymnast body back. Today I saw a glimpse of it. I looked into the mirror and saw the definition in my quads that I used to have back in the day. It was just a little itty bitty line of definition going down the side of my leg. BOTH LEGS! I am super excited about it. So I think I am going to give some dancing carrots for it!

That is so fun. I think these days I get more thrills out of each new bit of bone or muscle definition I see than from measurements. Hasn't quite ruined the thrill of the scale yet
