Talking Stairs NSV! :)

On campus, there are a million stairs, all of which knock out even the fittest of people!

Ok maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but seriously, those stairs are monstrous.

Yesterday, I was going up a couple of levels to pick up some graded homework after class, and when I got to the top, I wasn't even the slightest bit winded! My two friends (both MUCH thinner than me), on the other hand, were totally out of breath. I know thin doesn't equal fit, but it was still kind of cool to not be the fat girl out of breath. :P

Heehee that was my NSV.

Congrats, very very cool. I kinda miss all the walking and stairs I had to do in college. The campus was on the side of a mountain. So many stairs

Yes, it was VERY easy to stay fit on a big, college campus, wasn't it? I would even challenge myself to never take the bus except in the WAY dead of winter, just to force myself to walk all over campus and get added benefits of being a little more active, every day.

Congrats on the NSV!!

Stairs! Yay!

Default Happy to hear it!

Your post made me smile all over. The exercise and the persistence pays off in more ways than the scale...or the tape measure. Way to go!! Keep it up!!!
