Woohoo! Congratulations!! Losing ten percent of your starting weight reaps big benefits in healthy rewards . I've been working towards that goal myself (oh, so close!).

Jennifer, Congratulations. That's the way to do it. Short term goals are more attainable. You inspire me.

I've decided to celebrate micro-goals.

I want to lose 40 pounds by the 2nd week in November, so I have 1.9 pounds to lose per week. For every 1.9 pounds I lose, I'll celebrate in some way!
