Default First 10 Lbs and Ticker
First 10 pounds gone!! And, they activated my ticker - I think - I guess I'll see when I post this.

Took 1 month - now it's time to settle in for the long haul

Next goal - well, I'll probably be boring and just go with another 10 pounds. But also, to fit some daily walking into my life somewhere.

Thanks everbody It does feel great. I see little differences in the body, not so much in how the clothes fit yet.

And of course, just eating well and getting good sleep for a month, and exercising an hour a day (for the last 3 weeks) really makes you feel better.

Feels like I have a decent base now in my routines, and now I can start to fine tune a little here and there.

Thanks, Lexi and Jean. Mattie, you'll get there. I think it's the point where you know you really have lost weight and it's not just fluctuations on the scale.
