I am proud to report that I ran my first 5K this weekend! I usually run outside, but I ran on a treadmill at the gym so I would know how far I went. My goal was to finish it in 40:00 minutes, and I did it in 38:38. I am so proud of myself. I still can't believe that I ran that far/long!

I'm a little at a loss for what to do next, as this has been my goal for the last 9 weeks of doing the Couch to 5K program. Now I need to come up with some new goals.
