Talking 30 lbs lighter!!!
I'm getting there . It's been almost 4 years since I saw this weight and I got there a VERY unhealthy way. This has been a year journey and I plan on exercising my "little", hehe, butt into the 130's where I belong. Last time I made it to 147 and never learned a darn thing and gained it all back and then some.

This time I make it to goal and stay at maintenance. I'm going to make it!!!! I just wanted to shout it from the roofs!!!!!

Congrats and I know exactly how you feel I am down 14lbs and I know its not a lot but to me it is. I haven't weighed in the 230's since 2005 before having my son......congrats and keep up the good work!
