Default Finally under 200lbs!!! But very scared

So, I finally made it under to 200 pound mark--- just barely 199.6. I was so excited to actually see a 1 instead of a 2 that I did a little dance

But, now since I know how our bodies can fluctuate, I am so scared to gain that little .4 pounds back so that it is back over 200.00. I don't want to be a slave to the scale, but I think I will be crushed if I go back up to 200.00--- I know that it is silly because it is a mere .4 pounds, but I always said that if I got under 200lbs I would never NEVER be over 200lbs again.

Nevertheless I am still excited to be in the 100's!!!

What an awesome accomplishment. Even if you bounce slightly back into the 200s, you know it's only temporary as your body adjusts. Obviously you know how to lose it again if you need to. Welcome to Onederland!

Congratulations! I would suggest you don't go on the scale for awhile. I had a similiar thing happen when I hit 190. I was afraid the next time I would go above 190. So I didn't go on the scale for a week. The next time I went on the scale I was still 190.

Red I know what you mean I'm hanging on the edge too... but don't
t be crushed. If you really think it will effect you stay an extra week off the scale, but you know how bodys seems to change weight from hour to hour. Even if it does flip above 200 it's only a fleeting moment. Pretty soon you'll be far away from that 200!

please "dont sweat the small stuff". Stress can make you gain weight to and the fluctuations are a normal part of the process.

Just dont get back on for a while Im sure it will be just fine!

Awesome! Congrats!

And if the scale does creep over 200, just ignore it because you know it's a momentary fluctuation and will go away in a few days.

Congrats....
Wonderful news...
as long as it has shown the "1" soon all you will see is "1" but don't weigh your self till the end of the week.

Wish you the best.
