Congrats! Don't be scared, you have already accomplished so much. I'm taking that first step and you are an inspiration to me.

Hey - don't even worry about the "just barely." You are doing ONE-derful. Congratulations on such a tremendous achievement.

I'll join you there someday myself. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thumbs up REDEEMED.....I am here with you honey

I am 6lbs from seeing the sweet 199. I can feel your joy. STOP sweating the .4 thing (although I am so with you on that) Honey......stay focused. Remember, you are 100% wonderful right where you are at on your journey......I think what the other person said about go to the grocery store and pick up 5lb bag of something and see exactly how much you have lost.......

IT IS ALOT.....we go from glory to glory and in the middle of that transition it can get tough.

Somedays I am praying my way through every minute, somedays I am at total peace and just choose to make good choices on food.

I say these things every morning........Hope this helps.........

I am not where I need to be BUT thank God I'm not where I used to be

I am the head not the tail

I am ok and on my way

(depending on your beliefs)

God loves me I can trust him

I am fearfully and wonderfully made

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

NO I AM NOT PREACHING....this is what sets my mind straight in the morning and I just keep focused through the day

Sometimes it takes every 10 minutes of me repeating this to myself.....outloud if I can...works better for me....if no one is around.......

REDEEMED>>>>>> keep going hon.....I am just about at the same pace as you
