Thanks everyone for the comments! I really appreciate it. I seriously need the motivation now more than ever. I dropped two more pounds, but I gained them back (for now) after a day of bad eating. I'm hoping it's just water weight from too much sodium and TOM coming up.
I'm really going to have to dig for the will power. I'm hoping my fiance can be strong for me this next week. Wish me luck.
Also, I'm only focusing on my weight right now until the numbers stop going down, then I'm going to focus more on my fat %. I keep a record of it now, but it just doesn't go down like the scale. So, I don't focus on it so much. I'm at about 24% body fat right now and I'd like to get it down to 18 or 19%. I'm gonna be a lean mean fighting machine!
