Default 45lbs - Must Stay Focused!

Hey 3FC'ers!

Im new hear and i have already lost 29lbs but i have another 45 to go... UGH it really seems like a challenge - but i have to get through it!

I have hit a wall in my weight loss so Im trying to pick up some ideas to break through. Ive been exercising steadily since January and dieting pretty well but maybe cheating a little too much. Hence the standstill.

I am currently doing the Extreme Fat Smashers along with taking 2 Hydroxycuts a day (i know people have feelings about this).

Its been an extra challenge because i also had my thyroid removed in 2002 but have still struggled maintaining good levels...

Anyways thats my intro - I can tell this is a great community - full of inspiration!!

Congrats on the 29 pounds!! That is excellent

I'm sure if you keep it up, you will knock that other 45 pounds up. Something that works for me is switching things up with my exercise routine occasionally.

Keep it up and also, make sure to take your measurements. There have been times when the scale hasn't moved for me but I had lost inches.

I agree, changing up your exercise routine (or starting one if you aren't already) is a great way to get your metabolism functioning properly, the weight started coming off me a lot faster when I starting doing different types of cardio every day instead of always using the elliptical. And congrats, 29 pounds is a substantial loss! Especially if you have thyroid issues, very impressive!
