Default I Finally Went Back To The Gym............
I've been coming up with excuse after excuse for not getting to the gym; I don't have any clothes... etc. But today... I got there... yeah.. I did 45 minutes on TM and a few machines... Planning to get back there tomorrow.

That's great!!! It's sometimes hard to go back to the gym after a break. The first day back is the toughest. Just keep going and you'll get back into the swing of things!

Hi--

I just started back at the gym myself, after letting my last 6-MONTH membership expire WITH ONLY ONE VISIT!!

It's worth it ... I've only been back one month as of today, and I've already lost 12 lbs!!! Just 1 lb away from Onederland!

So keep doing it--you'll be glad you did!
