I weighed in this morning at 188.8. Im so happy to be out of the 190's!! Now, my next goal weight wise is 179. I hope I can be there by June 1. That is a less then 1 pound a month.

Slow and steady right?

I'm very happy for you! I believe slow and steady wins the race too. I have little goals of one-half pound per week and have set my larger goals to leaving one of the "tens" areas. I just started WW 2 weeks ago and am hoping to meet my first larger goal of leaving the 200's next Monday.
