Thanks everyone

butterfly4011- I eat alot of fruits and veggies when I can afford to buy them, low carb/fat tortillas, laughing cow cheese, egg whites, lean ground meat, ground turkey, lots of chicken, fiber one and kashi go lean cereal. There's alot more but this is mostly what I eat often.

For exercise, I do Walk Away The Pounds dvds. I started at doing 4 miles then I worked my way up to doing 6 miles 6x a week. Plus I do strength training on my bowflex 2x a week.

Good luck on your 83 pounds, you can do it just stick your mind to the goal

If you have any questions let me know.

Congratulations! You are working hard.

I have lost 50 lbs also, but because I am so big, I don't think it is that noticeable. I need to exercise which I don't right now.

Awesome.

Ashley,
Which bowflex do you have? I am looking at buying one. Do you like it?
