Default -20 lbs by April Can I do it?

I've been going to the gym faithfully since I started about a week ago...I've lost 3 lbs so far...lets see how it goes...I'm looking to lose 10 lbs a months (at least) so I'd say 20 lbs by the end of April

I want to lose the same amount but I'm allowing myself until the end of June. As much as I'd like it gone by April, that's too high of a goal for me. But I'll bet you can do it!

at the gym i do the elipticle for about 30 minutes. at first i did the treadmil for about 20, but i can work upper and lower while still burning calories. then i do crunches and some strength exercises. as far as diet, limiting carb intake, plenty of water, and eating lots of green veggies and protein. Im sure you can do it by april leah52...we all will do it together!!
