Thumbs up WOW....I can't believe that I am doing it!
I can't believe that I am doing this. I have already begun to lose weight and everyone can tell. I started a Low Fat diet and exercise a little over 2 weeks ago and now I am 12 pounds light and my clothes are fitting me better. I still have many more pounds to lose, but I am now more "pumped up" about losing the rest of the weight. I still need about 63 more pounds to lose and I want to lose that much by Christmas this year.

Congratulations! I know exactly how you feel... After being fat for so long, I think I'd sort of convinced myself that it was impossible for me to lose weight. But, now I'm taking it more seriously and it's actually happening! It's such a great feeling.
