A huge reason for wanting to lose weight was to help me get pregnant. I have PCOS, and I've read that losing even 10-15 pounds can make a big difference. (Something about fat storing estrogen and knocking things out of whack. Less fat = less estrogen = balanced hormones). I am thrilled to say that after nearly 3 years of trying, I have met that goal! My new goal will be to stay healthy and to continue the good habits I've started. This month was the first time I ever exercised regularly. I've dieted many times before, but never did so well on the exercise. I can't help but think that that might have had something to do with me getting PG.
Anyway, I just wanted to share. I know this is a somewhat unusual NSV, but believe me that it is a victory!
