I lost my dad many years ago...19 to be exact...but I just lost my mom in October and my grandma last month. Keep the focus on you dear as you go through this tough time....I am sure it is what your dad would want...congratulations on your weight loss! ~ Gary

Congratulations on your loss! It looks like more than 50 lbs actually! Sorry to hear of the death of your father. It is great that you are doing what you are for your health. That's what any parent would want for their child.
