haha i do the same thing.
i have a little chart on my bathroom mirror and i keep track of my goals.
and i printed out the weight loss ticker and i made a little slideable pointer thing. yeah, its pretty high-tech. But it actually is very motivating.
im on the 40 day challenge and im working very hard to look good for my prom in about a month. I just bought a gorgeous dress. im pretty excited.
