Healthy Weight

    As of this morning my BMI is 24.9

    I am at a healthy weight for the first time this century!

    That is amazing, you must be on cloud 9!!!! I can't wait to be classified as overweight, that is my next goal.....to be at a healthy weight is off in the very far distance for me. You must be so very proud of all that you have accomplished!! CONGRATS

    it is amazing what a difference a half of inch makes I am 5 "2.5' and am still trying for the "healthy" BMI
