You look great! And your cat is adorable. I always want to dress my cat as a skunk on halloween, aka as Penelope from Looney Tunes ( Pepe Lepew was always chasing her.) But figure I would lose a hand in the process. Lol

Tuscany, you are an inspiration. We are near the same age, I turn 54 in October. I have forty or fifty pounds to lose, very daunting. I've tried to lose so many times and never get past twenty pounds lost, but this time I feel very commited, like something is different. Seeing your pictures has gotten me motivated! Thanks so much for sharing.

Thanks, Julia. I was in the same boat. I've tried to lose a few times before, but only lost about 20 lbs. When I did lose 20 lbs, it helped and I noticed a bit of an improvement, but this time around I REALLY noticed a huge difference...the more you lose the more it shows. I wish you the best of luck...you CAN do this!

You and the kitty look wonderful! But I will say I am older than you and you likely will want to rethink getting down to 125, the weight does tend to go from our faces and you look great now. But as you say you will know more as you get closer to whatever goal you decide on.
