well here ya go: proof that 22 lbs is NOTHING on a tall woman :P tummy has gone down quite a bit though so that makes me happy

Sweet Lord you give me hope. :P I have a pokey belly kinda like you used to and I always worry that it will never get flat.....your third pic down gives me great hope- you look fab!!!

Btw, what on earth is IP? I keep seeing all these mini goal IP pics recently.

Ah, I just found out.....Ideal protein? Never heard of this diet before, ya learn something new ever day.

Thanks so much for sharing the pics. I am just an inch shorter then you and it is really nice to kindof have an idea of the loss. My goal for right now is just to hit 165 so I LOVE your week 13 pic!

You look great! No one started noticing my weight loss until after at least 20 lbs, but with you there is a obvious difference in the stomach!

Don't discount yourself This IP sounds interesting... I'm into good old fashioned weight lifting but I'd like to hear more about it!

EDIT: I've been going through all these IP threads and none describe the diet so I thought I'd post this for you guys:

It's my favourite diet review site, it's listed under another name but all the comments from people on it refer to it as the IP diet.
