For the last few days, I've weighed in at 236 pounds... Consistent enough, I think, to count it! This puts me at the 30 pound lost mark, which is very exciting! So I threw together some progress photos!
Truth be told, I don't see a huge difference, but I do see some little things... My upper arm is less fat, and I can see where my collarbones are living in the front view photo from this evening! So it's not without progress, but I'd hoped to notice more myself. Maybe I'm just my worst critic!
I think that you underrate your success so far! I can see a big difference. You tummy in has become quite a bit smaller and your arms have shrank as well! Good job!
And recently hitting the 30 pound mark myself, I don't really see too much change but am hearing it from others, so this gives me a sense of maybe they're not lying, lol so thanks for that!
Please don't take this the wrong way but I think you have an amazing bum! And you have really nice shaped thighs, very slim. I can see quite a marked difference from before and after and 30lbs in only 3 months, you must be working very hard. Looking fab...keep it up

Definitely not taken the wrong way! Thanks for the compliment. My legs are one part of me I've always loved - They're very long, and they almost always look good, regardless of how much I weigh... Though I've never really considered my thighs *that* great! So thanks for that!
