Oh, I am so glad you posted these photos. First of all, you look so much smaller. Second of all, seeing the difference the loss makes on your 5'7" frame is just what I needed to see to spur me on. Great job! Do you mind my asking how long you have been at it and what your approach is? Just excellent work.

I have to echo what everyone else has said...you look great!!! The 1st picture of your back is where you can REALLY see what a big difference you've made...you've carved out a nice figure there. Great job!!!

Thanks very much. I started low carbing on March 15th 2010, so about 20weeks ago. I'm following a plan called The Idiot Proof Diet - Pig to Twig. It's a less strict version of Atkins I think, and I've found it surprisingly easy to follow. There's a forum about it which has loads of recipes and stuff on it. Don't know if I'm allowed to post a link, but if you google you should find it! I hven't done any exercise apart from in the first 2 weeks which isn't so good, but I plan on starting soon as I want to look toned when I get to target.
