Loosing weight is such a tough journey...
I was following WW for some time all on my own, once I understood the program enough I really didnt have to pay attention to my daily points.
I really just make sure I follow the food pyramid and get all necessary nutrients.
Some major lifestyle changes, is I try to stay away from as much sugar as possible, NO SODA... Lots of Fiber, Lots of Water, lots of exercise...
