Thanks EVERYONE~Y'ALL ARE SUPER!

Losing4another girl~I eat A HUGE HOMEMADE pizza most days for breakfast LOL~(I PROMISE NO LIE)
Then I eat Yogurt & a banana for snacks.
(I ALWAYS EAT MY LARGEST MEAL IN THE MORNING...And Sometimes its breakfast food And sometimes It isn't ~sometimes I eat breakfast food miday Or in the evening)

Then miday I eat something like Maybe cereal OR oats And a sugar free jello maybe.

Then I eat a boca burger or a few LARGE chicken strips in a salad and some more Good for ya snacks.

More examples....

For one of my 3 meals....I
Somedays I eat soup & a grilled cheese....
Boca burger~peaches~& green beans......
Taco salad~With lots of tomatoe slices & green pepper.....
Chili & a peanut butter sandwich ~plus some crackers.
Chicken /Mashed potatoes/ & mac N Cheese......
Eggs/sausage & cheese biscuits.
And so on.

I basically eat what I wanna But in low calorie portions.

I eat at the same times everyday and Stop eating at 7 p.m. usually.

I have removed all COOKIES From my home~They are too high in calories.(I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY COOKIES AGAIN!)
I Only bring in snack cakes for my hubby...Since he is skinny and needs a few extra calories of A day.
My kids & my New snacks are ~Yogurt,Fruit (such as bananas & apples ECT.),
Sugar free gelatin Or pudding, Rice crispie treats, Ice cream in 100 calorie containers. ect.

I learned Early I had to totally change my whole way of shopping~I feel this is a very important Part of being sucessful....Because If you leave it in the store then theres no HIGH Calorie temptations In the home.
And if you feel hungry and have ate all your calories~Grab a low calorie snack~Because maintaining Calorie Amount is way higher than the amount we eat to lose...So at least if you have a bad day then you do not gain you just maintain....I am blabbing on & on & on.
SORRY~ LOL~I hope that all makes since...It's late & I am so tired so please ignore all typing errors.GOODNIGHT EVERYONE!!!

I try to do that but sometimes the bad foods still find thier way into the house. Can you send me that homemade pizza recipe please ? I love pizza but it's hard to stop at a slice or two from the pizza places.

I just saw your post and am so impressed. Sometimes when starting out it is easy to think it is impossible to really change. You are living proof of what can be done!

Lori, You look absolutely wonderful and thank you so much for the incredibly sweet post. You truly are an inspiration to me and to others. Sticking with it is so hard for me and I get frustrated and undo my hard work over and over again. I haven't quit but I have to be more consistent and not lose faith so quickly. Thanks again for your words and congratulations to you!!!

redballoon~HUGS BACK AT YA GIRL!!!!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYONE POSTING~Y'all are fabulous & everyones comments Are awesome~THANKS!!

MY PEPPERONI PIZZA RECIPE For losing4another & Thighsbegone & anyone else who would like to use it:
OK~I shop at my local Save*A*Lot Store And the brands may be different than what some of you in other states can find ~But I have looked at other brands and most of them are very similair in calories.

Ok First of all I always use No Stick Wescott Cooking spray ~0 Calories
And spray it on my pizza pan.....Which is an amazing 12X10 In size!
So this is to make a 12X 10 pizza for under 600 calories~& YES YOU GETTA EAT THE WHOLE THING BY YOURSELF!

ok crust I use is Del Pino's Pizza My way ~I use a 1/4 of a pack (it's 180 calories per 1/4 pack) Add the water needed and mix Then roll onto pan~The crust will be very thin~But hey its a 12X10 Pizza & you can eat all of it!!!

Sauce
IS Del Pino's sauce I use a 1/2 cup Which equalls 80 calories total (it's 40 calories per 1/4 cup)

Just spread over your crust of course...

Pepperoni's~I use Sugardale brand
8 of them which is 70 calories ( they are 16 per serving that equalls 140 calories but I use 8 for 70 calories)

AND Last but not least the CHEESE
Country Crossing shredded pizza cheese ~I use 1/2 cup which equalls 180 calories.
( it is 90 calories Per 1/4 cup)

Then I bake it up ~YUM YUM~!!!!!

Ends up equalling~510 calories.

I have made it using less calories before....As low as 350 to 400 And I have made it more before. up to 780

You can some more toppings to it also....Just count your calories.
I like to make homemade pizza because you can make them your way and count the calories as you make them & you get alot more than if you eat out or bake a frozen pizza. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!!!!
